The price change is 100 × (23:00 candle close / 00:00 candle open − 1), using the same complete set of spot candles. If either endpoint price is not finite and positive, the change is unavailable. Percentile includes ties and the comparison date itself; the median uses all qualifying dates, not just the top twenty.
