How to read it. Each row is one taker order: buy means a market buy lifted the ask, sell means a market sell hit the bid. Fills at the same price, side and venue within 100 ms are merged into one row. Size is the USD notional (price × quantity). The 1-minute bar counts every trade on the selected venues, before the size filter.

What does the ZEC trade tape show?

Every ZEC perpetual-futures trade on Binance, Bybit and Hyperliquid as it prints, newest on top: time, venue, aggressor side, price and USD size. Row shading gets stronger with size. Trades at the same price, side and venue within 100 ms are merged into one row, and the minimum-size filter hides the rest of the noise.

How do I read buy and sell?

A buy is a market buy that lifted the ask; a sell is a market sell that hit the bid. The 1-minute bar adds up the USD of all buys and sells in the last 60 seconds (every trade, before the size filter), a quick read of who is pushing the price right now.

How does the sound work?

Turn sound on and pick a threshold: each ZEC trade at or above it plays a short tone, higher for buys and lower for sells. Browsers only allow sound after you click on the page, so the button asks for a click first. Settings are kept in your browser.

Does it keep running in a background tab?

Yes. The exchange connections stay open and the sound keeps playing; the table redraws less often while the tab is hidden, to save battery. Closing the tab closes the connections. Not financial advice.
