A lower bound. Binance publishes at most one liquidation per symbol per second (the largest) and Bitget also samples, so their numbers undercount cascades. The headline on the 24h page is the dollar value of futures positions that exchanges force-closed in the 24 hours up to the time stamp shown, from the exchanges' public liquidation feeds. It is recomputed at most every 30 seconds.
